Q: What if I forget my Order Number?
A: If you placed your order on our website, you can view your order by using the Order History feature. This includes incomplete orders you have started and orders which have been saved. Using the My Orders page, you can add items to your cart as well as a favorites list. You can also limit the displayed orders using the basic and advanced search options.

A: Some of our pens are sold by the dozen and others are sold individually. If you only need one pen and that pen is only sold by the dozen, we will be glad to find you an alternative so you don’t have to buy a whole box. Not a problem!

A: Call us AS SOON AS POSSIBLE and we’ll try as hard as we can. Most orders are transmitted almost immediately to our warehouse where it is processed very quickly and shipped out (so you get it really quickly!).
When you call us, we’ll check the status of your order and attempt to make the necessary changes. If your order has already been transmitted to our warehouse for shipping, we will not be able to make changes to the order, and it will ship as is. If we couldn’t catch it in time, you can always place an additional order, though, or return something from your order.

A: That’s an excellent question. The prices are marked through because they are “list price” which means someone made them up as a suggestion. Your prices are much cheaper so we marked through them. To view your actual pricing, login to bruceoffice.com with your username and password.
Q: Does the online catalog have the same selection as the one sent to me in the mail?
A: The online catalog includes all items featured in the annual Bruce “big book” catalog and the Bruce Best Buys Catalog, with the exception of custom products such as personalized stationery and stamps. Our online catalog has over 25,000 items including supplies, technology products and furniture. A: Our drivers deliver orders between the hours of 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, M–F excluding holidays. Since our drivers’ delivery routes change from day to day, there is no way to determine the exact time your order will be delivered. If you are in a bind and need an estimate of when you will receive your order, please call us and we’ll contact your driver.

- Office supply orders: Items stocked in a Bruce warehouse can generally be delivered any weekday.
- Furniture orders: Delivery date changes cannot be guaranteed; however, we will do our best to accommodate your request. This request will require approval from the local delivery manager pending regular furniture delivery schedules for you area.
Products not stocked in a Bruce warehouse are unable to have a specific delivery date assigned to them.
Q: Can I get my furniture order delivered the day after I place my order?
A: For most furniture orders, it may take a couple of days to a few weeks to receive your furniture order. The delivery date of your furniture order depends on the availability of the furniture you need and the furniture delivery schedule. As usual, we will do our best to work within your time frame.

Q: When the driver comes with my new order, can I give him items that I want to return?
A: Drivers cannot accept items for pickup unless you have already called or emailed Bruce. When you call or email us for a return, we generate paperwork that the driver will bring to you for signing. This ensures that you receive credit for the items you return.

A: We will arrange pick up of your returned item, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., M–F, excluding holidays. Returns are generally picked up in one to three business days. Pick up times may vary based on courier and location of product.
