There’s one in every office, that ray of sunshine that always manages to slip through a cloudy day. That always manages to make everything and everyone else a little brighter. In our office, that’s Shana Thomas. Shana keeps things running smoothly for our new personnel as Sales Trainer and our seasoned veterans as Assistant Sales Manager. And despite how busy she gets, she always has time for a kind word and a smile. She’s a natural at helping people and is constantly full of encouragement, and she’s been bringing that positive attitude to Bruce every day for over four years. Before joining the Bruce crew, Shana graduated from Tri-County Technical College with a Liberal Arts degree in 2004.
