Ever notice the flower arrangements in our showroom? Well, chances are that loveliness was made possible in all or part by Karen Smith. Though “flower arranging” isn’t officially in her job description, Karen is a floral enthusiast and team player. Around the office she’s known as “Mama Karen” for her caring, optimistic energy. She’s been in the office supply industry over twenty years and brought that invaluable experience to Bruce seven years ago. She has a degree in Business Administration from UAB, and when she’s not on the phone making sure our customer are more than satisfied, she’s playing golf or reading. Her favorite quote is “Why be normal?” That quirky side is just one of many things about Karen we’re thankful for every day.
